Sunday Skills
An Individual Development Program

Sunday Skills are intensive, skill-development group skill training sessions for 3rd through 8th grade boys and girls who are committed to improving their skills in the off-season. The program includes the personal attention of a private lesson, skill specific instruction and Home Court positive coaching to help players not only develop their skills but also their confidence.

From the player who is just starting to play to the AAU player looking for personal skill development to make a greater impact during the busy spring and summer season, Sunday Skills helps players get the most of their offseason while also developing skills that reach beyond the basketball court (hard work, perseverance, leadership).

Features high repetition, positive skill development sessions specifically designed to create well-rounded players.

Sunday Skills Sessions
Players come 7 Sundays for hour and fifteen minute small group training sessions where they work on a variety of skills; ball handling, scoring moves, defensive techniques and shooting form. Players are assigned to groups of 5 or less and are grouped together based on age and ability so that all players are appropriately challenged.

Prior to the start of the program Home Court staff will work with you to determine a mutually agreeable time (based on time preference and player grouping). Priority will be based on date of registration.
