While players are focused on winning games, coaches are ensuring that each player maximizes his potential for development. The seven week Fall League program helps players continue to build their skills and love for the game.

The Fall League consists of two key components:
Players can register for the Weeknight Training Sessions or the Saturday Game sessions only.
Or combine the two for the ultimate Fall season training experience.

Training Sessions

Training Sessions are 90 minute skill training sessions where players work in small groups with coaches on specific skills (ball handling, shooting, scoring moves, defense). Over the 7 weeks of the sessions, players get the personal attention and drill repetition to build confidence and skills.
